Mathematics

Ryan Peschka is a dedicated educator and coach who brings energy, adaptability, and purpose to every tutoring session. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Secondary Education and a Master’s in Educational Administration, both from Texas A&M University–Commerce. Ryan is certified to teach mathematics for grades 7–12 and currently serves as a teacher and coach at James Martin High School, where he leads in both the classroom and on the football and track & field teams.

Ryan’s approach to tutoring is built on strong relationships, flexibility, and an unwavering belief in every student’s potential. He’s passionate about helping students build confidence in math by recognizing their individual learning styles and meeting them exactly where they are. His philosophy is simple but powerful: “I’m going to meet students where they’re at, believe in who they can become, and guide them with a purpose.”

Students and parents describe Ryan as approachable, determined, and easy to work with—someone who truly invests in their growth and success. His attention to detail and calm, supportive presence help students feel both challenged and encouraged.

A former college athlete, Ryan played football at Texas A&M–Commerce, where he contributed to multiple Lone Star Conference Championships and a Division II National Championship. His time as a student-athlete shaped his leadership skills, work ethic, and belief in pushing past limits—values he now brings into his teaching and tutoring.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys exploring new places, attending events with his family, trying new restaurants, and investing time in personal and professional growth.
