ReillyJo (RJ) Wescott

A Kansas native, ReillyJo earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Anthropology at Texas Christian University. Outside of Achieve Advisers, RJ works as an Executive Assistant at Fort Worth based commercial real estate investment and development firm, where she not only manages professional and personal systems but assists with investor relations. Her innate organizational skills are something that she is passionate about sharing with others, especially students. ReillyJo believes that developing a strong connection with students allows for her to hold students accountable and foster growth. Families have described RJ as reliable, loyal and willing to go above and beyond to meet their student’s needs. ReillyJo draws inspirations from a quote that says, "Be the person you needed when you were younger." because she recognizes that each student’s journey is unique and her role is to support them as they strive for their future.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling and organizing. As someone who has experienced the loss of a parent herself, RJ continues to volunteer and serve as a fundraiser committee member for The WARM Place to not only give back, but also demonstrate how to use one’s grief for a greater purpose.
