Pamela Robinson Gilchrist
Owner & Academic Adviser
Pamela, a graduate of Fort Worth Country Day, recognized an unmet need and has been helping students improve their organization and time management skills since the Fall of 2010. After graduating magna cum laude from TCU, Pamela went on to receive her Masters in Counseling with a focus on children and adolescents. Although Achieve Advisers does not provide counseling services, Pamela uses the the skills and knowledge from her coursework, clinical internships and personal experience to develop genuine relationships with her clients. Pamela enjoys helping students and parents navigate academics while reducing familial tension.
In addition to her work with Achieve Advisers, Pamela is an advocate for her community and spends her free time volunteering with organizations that support education and the development of young people. In November 2019, Pamela and her husband welcomed boy-girl twins into their family.
Mindy, a Trinity Valley
Pamela has been such a benefit to our son. She has helped him devise study plans that work well for him in advance of finals and has helped him develop a process for staying on top of his school work each week. We have seen tremendous improvement in our son’s ability to manage his time during the week and as a result, he has been much more effective at staying on top of his school work load.
Jen, a Fort Worth ISD parent
Pamela provides guidance while teaching organizational skills. She checks in and provides encouragement as well as accountability. Her monitoring took a lot of the nagging off of us as parents and improved our relationship with our child.
