Kristen Lunt
Academic Adviser
As a former teacher in Fort Worth ISD and a graduate from Nolan Catholic High School, Kristen understands the difficulties that many students face in our educational systems and the unique pressures of being a student in Fort Worth. She earned her undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University in Child Development and later went on to earn a Master’s in Education in Reading from Texas Women’s University. Miss Kristen’s students describe her as loyal, outgoing, and persistent. This unique combination allows her to create a genuine connection with her students while pushing them to grow. Kristen believes that “It is important to build relationships with each child so that they feel comfortable and engaged even when challenges present themselves.” Good communication combined with a listening ear allows Kristen to meet students where they are so that together they can conquer difficulty.
In her free time, Kristen enjoyed playing tennis, hanging out with friends and spending time outside with her dog.
