Chandler Bundren

Academic Adviser

Chandler graduated Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Child Development and a minor in Social Work. During her undergraduate time at TCU, Chandler worked in several settings, including summer camps, and both international and local non-profits, which helped her further discover her passion for working with people and helping them understand their inherent value and worth. Chandler went on to earn her Master’s of Education in Counseling, with specializations in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling, where she continued to foster her passion for people and established an even stronger foundation in how to help others well. Chandler is passionate about seeing and understanding the whole-person in order to best understand one’s strengths, while being sensitive toward their individual circumstances in life.

In her free time, Chandler enjoys spending time with her husband, John. You can usually find them walking along the Trinity River with their dog, Dakota, playing any sport with close friends, or traveling to a new city!

Chandler took the time to get to know my son and quickly learned how to tailor her expertise to fit his needs. During their sessions, they worked through the more challenging homework assignments together and she gave him lots of tips to improve his time management and organization skills. Chandler's calm, consistent and patient demeanor put him at ease and set the tone for productive, fun sessions that he always looked forward to
